If you order the wrong product or simply change your mind, we offer a 30 day return policy (starting from when you receive your order). The returned item must be in “as new” condition with original packaging. If you have damaged the packaging then get in touch and we will do our best to assist.
For all returns it’s important that you GET IN TOUCH with us first. If we receive a return that we do not know about then we may not refund you.
Returns can be sent to the address provided in your email correspondence with us. We ask that you take care packaging the parcel so that it is less likely to get damaged in transit. We do not have a Returns Portal meaning that you can use the courier of your choice, just let us know by email when you have sent the product and what courier you have chosen.
Once your item has been received we will credit your refund in full. If you have returned your entire order we will also refund your original delivery cost however we do ask that you pay for the return delivery.
